Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all body splashes and fragrance items are non-returnable once received and opened.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

• The wrong item was delivered.
• The item was delivered defective or damaged.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

1. A return request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
2. Clear photos of the incorrect or defective item must be provided alongside the shipping airway bill shown on the delivery flyer
3. Once approved, the item will be collected by our shipping partner within 3–5 business days.
